Descriptive concert piece

In order to understand the work, I would first like to clarify the two themes around which the work is built.
The first can be found in the title, namely: F(fa), S(es or mib), H (si) and E(mi) and is also the opening theme of the timpani.
The second theme is distilled from the name that the harmony was given in the course of history, namely: SpEEltuiGmuziEkmAATSCHAppij.
Furthermore, the work is supplemented with themes from the march "Vossems Voerezonen".
At the beginning we go back in the history of Vossem. When the Normans came to Leuven with their boats, it is not surprising that they also sailed up the Voer to expand their territory. Until they ended up in a swamp or a FOS. Probably one of those Normans found it very pleasant there and started building a settlement or a HEIM. After the hard work, a village festival soon follows, something that people in Vossem have not forgotten. The dance of joy is based on the trio of "Vossems Voerezonen" march.
When the villagers gather, the stories of the past and present are told.
When the dignitaries of the village arrive, the party can really begin. Of course to the tune of the Voerezonen march.
A couple takes a break and takes a walk along the Voer, always with the theme of the march in mind.
Nevertheless, they decide to return to the village festival and when they arrive there, the performance of the various artists has already started.
As a climax to the evening, there are fireworks in the form of a stretto with the Fosheim themes and those of the Voerezonen march.
