Kittycat Blues a funny encore or "Saxotoon" for two alto saxophones
Some time ago I found a copy of an old book on the internet, with funny special effects for saxophones, which evoke the atmosphere of comic cartoons. It seemed a fine idea to use them in a comic scetch for two alto saxophones. So this is a "Saxotoon".
I composed a bluesy riff to use around the effects like a cat and dog play with meows and barking, laughter, sneezing, moaning and some more.
In this way I have composed this encore for two alto saxophones
To enhance your presentation devellop a bit of a choreography,not like in a dance, but to determine your stage prentation. So you can get your audience laughing for a change.
In the computer sound file the special effects can not be heard properly, because you need to ad some mouth made sounds also.
