Demelza is the name of the feisty redhead character who is famously the spirited heroine in Winston Graham's Poldark novels. Made into a series on UK TV it was a massive hit.
It is in a bright playful 2/4 time in Concert G minor. The middle section by contrast is in G major and is a lyrical contrasting variation before returning to the G minor section then coda. I have placed it at level 4/ intermediate, but on the youtube link there is the full score for you to judge suitability.
