Biography

Born in Belgium in 1991, Nicolas Meunier is a composer and musician based in Paris. He holds a Master's degree in composition from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, a Master's degree in harmony, counterpoint, and fugue from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, and two years of training in guitar and film music at the Music Academy International in Nancy.

Drawn to music from a young age, he participated in numerous projects during his studies and quickly began composing for small ensembles. Since then, he has composed, arranged, and orchestrated for all types of groups, from soloists to large orchestras, and at the request of artists from all backgrounds, from performers to filmmakers. He has worked with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Liège, the European Philharmonia, the Edenwood Duo, Rachel Talitman, the Etcaetera Quintet, Daniel Lang, the Alisma Trio, L7a9d, Bilal Luca Covino, Sébastien Pins, Extrasystole Production, Wild Forest Production, and others.

With an eclectic background, Nicolas is distinguished by a style marked by his diverse past experiences, constantly seeking a balance between his influences, his acquired skills, and his experimentation.
