As many musicians, I have a long history of jobs/other professions. A big chunk of it was being a trombone player in various groups and orchestras. Another part was owning and running a sound studio here in Amsterdam, and of course writing music, mostly pop. Now after a long hiatus, I am back at exactly that, although I found myself more interested in classical forms of it. And because of the rediscovery of composing, I developed a great interest in Engraving of music. I love for instance the beauty of how music was notated in the early years. Hopefully I will find some time to share some my composition with the early music notation.
