Jamie Alpherts (1998): composer, arranger, conductor, and pianist

Started piano studies and began composing music at an early age. Spent two years at The Piano Academie with guidance of Bob van der Boom before entering the Hague Conservatory under the supervision of Guus Janssen, Diderik Wagenaar, and Martijn Padding. In 2022, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Composition.

Composed for the Residentie Orchestra, New European Ensemble, and Ensemble Oerknal. Has also written for soloist/solo/duet perfomances, musical theatre, film, and cabaret. Works have been performed at TivoliVredenburg, the Zuiderstrandtheater, and the Nieuwe Kerk (Den Haag).
