Work in Progress for baritone sax and industrial sounds
Henk van Twillert asked me once for a new work with an industrial soundtrack. So I went out and recorded industrial sounds on location. (It was before the internet)
and I combined them into a multitrack soundscape.
Then I composed a work that could be played along with the soundscape. But you can also use the composition as a starting point for a freer improvisation.
